Do you offer local pickup?
As I sell to a lot of Massachusetts based customers, this is a common question. It's best if you contact me via email, Facebook, or Instagram and we can discuss options. I am very much willing to refund shipping on an order in favor of local delivery.
Do you offer refunds / returns?
Every effort is made to ensure safe and fast delivery of your order. However, I understand that sometimes that doesn't always work out. Damage can occur in shipping, items can be stolen, you name it. If you run into an issue with your order, reach out to me immediately at orders@npohotoma.com and we'll discuss the options. I appreciate your business and your understanding.
Do you sell prints of your photography?
I do! Currently I only take custom orders, and mostly do orders for pilots. However, I will soon be offering a limited selection of curated prints on this store. If you would like to inquire about a custom order, please reach out: orders@npphotoma.com
When will I get my order?
I typically fulfill and ship orders on the same day as the order, or within one business day. Delivery time depends on the option you selected during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to the complicated logistics and high costs involved in shipping internationally, I do not offer international shipping options at this time.
Do you run sales?
I do occasionally run store-wide sales, especially around some holidays. If you're an email subscriber, you can get 10% off one order automatically, and get access to exclusive deals not available elsewhere.
Who makes the patches?
I work with several different companies for patches. I truly aim for the highest quality possible at the best possible value. All companies that I have worked with thus far are based in the United States.
